RUST KILL CR-550

Summary: RUST KILL CR-550 is a liquid compound specially prepared to dissolve metal oxide alyer without rusting while removing rust.
It is a high-performance rust remover that is safer, more effcient and quickly removed than conventional inorganic acids (Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid).
Feature: The range of products is varied and is deoxygenated to the original color.
It removes rust, carbon, pollutants and oxides quickly.
There is little damage to the base material and it exerts the best effect even in fine grooves and cracks.
Maximum effect when used at room temperature.
It is easy to use various working methods such as dipping and spraying.
Uses: - Rust removal of car, heavy equipment, farm machinery, etc.
- Repair of spare parts, piping, storage tanks, railway cars, removal of rust
facilities.
- Rust removal of industrial machinery and parts, tools, molds, and bearings.
How to use: 1. Oil or grease contaminated with the garget metal may prevent the liquid penetrating the surface. Therefore, remove it before operation.
2. It may be diluted 1~3times with the original solution depending on the degree of rusting and work speed.
3. After use, please rinse with water and rust treatment separately.
4. Do not use spray, brush or dipping.

UNDER COAT CK-620

Feature: - lt is a high-elasticity coating meterial of rubber component which forms a strong protective flim with quick drying.
- Prevent rust and corrosion calcium chloride for snow removal on the road surface, salt in coastal roads and air pollution (dust, soot, water)
- It protects the bottom of the car sand, gravel and other pollutatns when driving.
Cautions: - Remove and discard the remaining gas after use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not spray on fire or use near fire.
- Be sure to ventilate in a closed room after use.
- Do not throw the container in the fire, do not keep it in an enclosed space.
- Spraying is poor at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.

How to use: - Before use, life the car with the lift or fix the vehicle to the dock.
- Remove the following parts the bottom of the vehicle.
Requires underbody coatings such as underbody muffer, heat sink, fender cover and bolt / nut (maintenance required)
Do not hard coat the sub frame lower control arm, rear damper, and suspension with fluidity. Hard coating can cause cracks and corrosion.
- Undercoat the removed part.
- The full curing time is usally about 2hours, please re-coat after fully cured.
- It the content remain after use, remove the valve and button residue completely by holding the container upside down for 2~3 seconds, (If you can not spraty, remove the button and wash it with petroleum solvent)
Storage: Store in a dry area with 40℃

PERFECT FOAM CT-800

Feature: PERFECT FOAM CT-800 is a one-component polyurethane foam cured by air humidity.
And it has excellent foaming power and adhesion.
Cautions: - A possible temperature for using foam: above 5℃
- Coring time of a surface: 10~15min.
- A possible cutting time:40~60min.
- Hours of being completely cured: 24hours
- Volume of foaming: 30~40L
Uses: - Around a door frame and window frame
- All sorts of piping work
- Filling gaps and empty spaces
How to use: 1. Remove substances (water, oil, dust) on a surface before useing.
2. Shake a can up and down before using.
3. Attach a spary straw or gun to the cnas valve.
4. Since foam expends when it is used, Spray foam about 40%, After using, wash the spray straw or gun with FoamCleaner(CC-300).
5. After using, foam hardens after more than 2 hours, and it it completely cured after 24 hours.
6. After it is completely cured, make the surface neatly using a knife, saw, etc, Next,finish the work thorugh painting and cpating.
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight, Store in a dry area with 40℃

PERFECT SEAL CS-222

Faeture: Perfect Seal CS-222 is a neutral cure type
multi - purpose silicone
CS-222 is silicon sealant with middle modulus that has excellent adhesion to most materials.
- Acid free without disgusting odor
- Excellent weather resistance
- Excellent adhesion to various materials without requiring primer.
- Maintain elasticity at temperature of ?55~150℃
Uses: Use for : Glass Glazing
- Do not use for pai
- seal glass, composite panel, fish tank, full water immersion area
- Please ask us for other uncertain materials
How to use: 1. Surface must be clean.
2. Apply back-up materials if necessary and use masking tape.
3. Use primer if necessary.
4. Cut a tip of catridge and equip nozzle with properly cut.
5. Install sealant to depth, make sure sealant is in good contact with joint surpases.
6. Remove masking tape after tooling.
Color: white, clear, gray, brown, black, wood, gold (Other colors are also available)
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight, Store in a dry area with 30℃
